Visa, Mastercard, & Discover only. Should other options be desired please contact us. Certain items MUST (*=Required Fields) be included in order for the form to be processed. Please be sure to complete those items…you will receive an error message if they are not filled in.

IF you are shipping to a location outside the 48 Continental United States (CONUS) you must go to the International Shipping page in this site for specialized shipping requirements. Please certify that you have read those requirements when requesting a quotation for products to be shipped.

Handling Charges:

Please note our “flat rate” handling charge is $4.00, which covers our toll free phone number and packaging in the continental USA. The international rate is $12.75.

Shipping Charges:

Shipping charges are passed on to you with a 3.5% adder (shown as a line item) to cover credit card fees. Charges vary depending on size, weight, and your location (zip code). Expedited delivery will add to shipping cost. Choose method of delivery below.

Prices are subject to change without notice. Backorder pricing will be honored unless manufacturer/distributor modify prices immediately (or with a declared future date). Customers will be notified prior to shipment of any items with a price change. Cancellation is a no-cost option at that time.
